right-click on a part of your forum and choose 'inspect element'

it does not say 'inspect element'

This is what you're looking for when you right-click :

i know but it does not say inspect element once i get fire bug how do i get it to say inspect element

right-click on part of your forum.

Do you have the FIREBUG Icon in the status bar at the bottom of your FireFox window? If so then just click that.
