may ask you guys to make me a CSS or what so ever to make my forum secured and only members can come in.. what i want is a CODE that will ask people USERNAMES and PASSWORDS whenever they go to my page..

other than setting your forum to private there's nothing else you can do. (Forum admin > Settings > Privacy.)
